The Alloy we use is called Wironium®.  Wironium® is a CDA certified Chrome Cobalt (Ni and Be free) alloy.  Nitrogen is induced into the alloy through a patented process giving Wironium® tremendous benefits over any alloy on the market.

     The introduction of Nitrogen reduces the weight of the frames yet still maintaining tremendous strength. In addition, WIRONIUM resists work hardening. Not only will you be able to provide your patients with lighter, more dainty frames, but the clasps will hold their contour shape, and retention for many years. In the event a chairside adjustment has to be made, a clasp can be adjusted without fear of workhardening and breaking the clasp. Yes, less repairs and remakes!

      The next question is fit. Well this is why our EURO-PARTIAL is a Precision Removable Appliance. All the duplicating is done with silicone material under pressure picking up all the subtleties of the master model. The refractory is ultra-fine, thus keeping the casting smooth and precise. No gross finishing or polishing is done to any internal surface, destroying the intimacy of fit, rather, electropolishing is utilized. The result is a precision fitting partial that fits 100%.
